How we work
You see your site on a private preview link and approve it before anything is public. Agents do the heavy lifting; we check everything before it reaches you.
What we won’t do is promise you page 1 of Google, a spot in ChatGPT’s answers or a set number of leads. Nobody can honestly guarantee those, and anyone who does is breaking the rules.
Common questions
- Is it really a fixed price?
- Yes. The prices above are what you pay. No VAT to add. No hidden extras.
- What do I need to do?
- A 20-minute chat about your work, a few photos and your logo if you have one. We write the words; you check them.
- Do I need to know anything technical?
- No.
- Can I buy it online?
- Not yet. Get Found packages are set up after a quick call so the site fits your trade. If you just want a website move or a new website, see below.
- Will you get me to the top of Google?
- No one can honestly promise that. We'll get your site and Google profile into the shape that gives you the best chance, show you what's changed, and keep it looked after.
- How long am I tied in?
- 3 months from the day your site goes live, then month to month. Cancel with a month’s notice in writing. The setup fee is paid once, in full, when you accept your quote. The details are in our Get Found terms.
- Who owns the website?
- You do. Once the setup fee is paid, the code, words and pictures are yours, and your Google profile is in your name from the start. If you leave, we hand everything over within 14 days. See our Get Found terms.
- Is this the same as Care on your other plans?
- No. Care Basic is the lighter monthly service made for Get Found. Care on our website plans is a separate plan with different inclusions.
