Services / Website design
A site built to be remembered.
A custom, motion-first website costs £2,500 flat — 3 pages, your own admin back end, technical SEO and launch included. No hourly billing and nothing payable until the build is agreed. It is built to the same bar as all 22 sites in our public catalog, which you can look through before deciding.

What the flat fee actually covers
The design, made for you
Type, palette, motion and structure decided around your business rather than pulled off a template. Tag the catalog sites you love and that becomes the brief.
The words
Most small sites die on their copy, not their design. Yours is written for the person you want to hear from, rather than padded until the section looks full.
Your own admin
Edit the copy, swap the images, read the enquiries. No CMS underneath it, so there is nothing to keep patched and nobody to phone when a price changes.
Found, not just seen
Semantic structure, real metadata, Open Graph cards, sitemap and schema on every route. Statically rendered, no layout shift, largest paint under two seconds.
Hardened on day one
No CMS and no plugins, so the most common way a small business gets hacked does not apply. Content policy, HSTS, and a login built expecting someone to try it.
Launched, not handed over
Domain pointed, DNS and email records set so your invoices do not land in spam, analytics wired, deploy done. Every release reversible in under a minute.
The questions people actually ask
- What if I hate it?
- You see the signature mechanic before the rest is built, not at week six. If the direction is wrong it is wrong on day three, when changing it is free. Nothing is payable until we have agreed the build.
- Do I own it?
- Yes — the site, the code, the domain, all of it. The one thing to know is that a build may later appear in our prompt catalog. Pay £500 and it does not, for two years.
- What does it cost to change later?
- Nothing, for anything you can do in the admin we ship you — copy, images, prices, the enquiries you receive. Structural work is quoted, and a Care plan at £120 a month includes small changes.
- Why is it £2,500 when studios charge £10,000?
- Because the process is compressed, not the craft. We do not run a team, a sales cycle or an account manager, and we build on a stack we have used 61 times. The bar is the same; the overhead is not.
- What happens if you disappear?
- The site is statically hosted with no CMS to keep patched, so it keeps working with nobody touching it. You hold the repository and the hosting account. There is nothing to be locked out of.
- How long does it take?
- Typically two to three weeks from an agreed brief. It is faster than an agency because there is no committee — you are talking to the person building it.
Tag the sites you love. That is the whole brief.
